Raveena Tandon explores the ancient city of Pompeii with daughter Rasha; photos

When it comes to spending time away from her busy work life, Raveena Tandon is a true lover of vacations. The actress always makes sure to take out some free time from her schedule and goes on vacations often. Her latest Instagram post with daughter Rasha Thadani is proof that Raveena is a true travel freak. In a new snap of pictures, Raveena Tandon shared glimpses from her visit to the ancient city of Pompeii in Italy. While strolling through the ancient remains of the city, the actress also penned a note reflecting on its sad history.

“Pompeii, a city buried in ash. The sad history behind it. When Mother Nature strikes, mankind is powerless.. walking among the ruins and the museum, feeling so vulnerable against the forces of nature and the universe, and yet man thinks he is all powerful. Also met a #pumathecat in Pompeii,” she wrote.

In the photos, the actor treated fans to a glimpse of Pompeii, including historical monuments and the architectural wonders of the site. Dressed in a comfortable, printed dress with straps, Raveena looked more youthful than ever. She was accompanied by her daughter with whom she shared a candid photo.

The post came just days after Raveena shared a few more photos from her trip to Budapest. The mother-daughter couple were seen enjoying the picturesque views of the European city as they explored their vacation destination. Before that, she also posted a video of them enjoying an exciting day at the beach, trying out water sports and relaxing in the sun as they sailed across the ocean on a yacht. “The deep blue sea and me. #holidaydump,” she wrote.

For those who don’t know, Raveena Tandon is married to Anil Thadani and has two children, Rasha and Ranbir.
