Family of landslide victim expresses gratitude

The family of Bokaho G. Achumi, a victim of the recent landslide in Alahuto neighborhood of Zunheboto town, expressed their sincere gratitude to those who provided support and comfort during difficult times.

The family sincerely thanked Sukhai Village Zunheboto, Sukhai Village Union Satakha, Sukhai Village Union Kohima and Sukhai Village Union Dimapur for their invaluable help. The support of Khekaho T Aye, Joint Director of Treasuries and Accounts, SBCZ, ZTSBC and the GB and Councillors of Alahuto Colony was also acknowledged. The family also shared their appreciation to Sumi Hoho, K. Tokugha Sukhalu, Advisor for Food & Civil Supply and the Indian Red Cross Society Zunheboto District Branch for their support.

In addition, they acknowledged the contributions of the Badminton Association of Zunheboto District, ZTGBA & Ao Community and the Keyeshe/Sukhai Officers Union. The family also thanked all those who stood by their side and offered support through prayers and love.

The family was deeply moved by all the expressions of sympathy and help and wished God’s blessings to all who supported them. They are still grateful for the kindness and solidarity shown by the community.

Bokaho G. Achumi expressed deep gratitude for the immense support and love shown by the community. He noted that despite the loss of hope after the landslide, the overwhelming support from these groups and individuals has been instrumental in helping his family to get up and move forward. “The support we have received is truly overwhelming and has helped us significantly to start afresh,” Achumi said. “We are deeply moved by the compassion and solidarity of those who stood by us in our time of need. May God bless them all.”
