Obituary of Ruth Ann Heacock

Ruth Ann Heacock, age 82, of Marcus Hook, PA, passed away on July 22, 2024 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Ruth was born in Upland, PA and grew up in Trainer, PA. She spent most of her life in Marcus Hook. She graduated from Eddystone High School, class of 1959. Ruth Ann was a member of Trainer United Methodist Church and enjoyed crafts, reading, and camping.

Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Helen Myers, and her husband, Raleigh “Bye” Heacock Jr., who passed away in 2021. She is survived by her two sons, Randy (Donna) Heacock and Barry (Beatrice) Heacock, and four grandchildren, Heather, Zachary, Bradley and Brandon.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA, followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills, PA.
