DPD’s 8th Precinct Investigates Shooting at 23321 8 Mile on Detroit’s Northwest Side

Victim privately transferred to local hospital

Detroit Police Scout from the 8th Precinct responded to 23321 8 Mile at approximately 1:15 p.m. for reports of a shooting. Dispatch audio suggests a woman was shot in a nearby parking lot. The GSW victim was privately transported to a local hospital by a friend/passerby prior to scouts arriving.
