Bridging specialist Kseye doubles maximum loan size

Bridging specialist Kseye has doubled its maximum loan size to £50m due to increased demand for large loans.

Kseye said the volume of multi-million pound loans has increased so far this year and the increased maximum loan size applies to residential, mixed and commercial property types in London, the Home Counties and major cities in England.

The company said its “strong relationship” with a “long-term financing line” had enabled it to increase its maximum borrowing amount.

Nikes Khagram, Director at Kseye, said: “Having seen increased demand for large loans in the first half of the year, both in applications received and loans we funded, we wanted to ensure we could set terms and provide funding for even the largest bridging loan applications.

“The fact that we were able to double our maximum loan size is a testament to the trust our financing partners have in Kseye and underlines our commitment to being the first point of contact for any bridging loan, regardless of size.”

Last year the company celebrated its 10th anniversary and since then the team has expanded, with Marcus Dussard joining as sales director and Nathan Thorne promoted to business development manager (BDM) for the South of England and South Wales.

Kseye recently entered the US market to grow its US commercial real estate market.
