Russians shell 10 communities in Sumy region in one day, one dead, 13 wounded

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) On July 27, Russians carried out 21 daytime raids on the Sumy region, killing one teenager and wounding 13 civilians, seven of whom were children.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Sumy regional military administration on Telegram.

“During the day, the Russians carried out 21 attacks on the border areas and settlements of the Sumy region. 92 explosions were recorded. The communities of Yunakivka, Myropillia, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Sloboda, Hlukhiv, Esman, Shalyhyne and Seredyna-Buda were shelled,” the statement said.

Community Bilopillia: the enemy fired mortars (5 explosions), artillery (8 explosions), MLRS (6 explosions).

Community of Krasnopillia: shelling was carried out from the territory of the Russian Federation using 3 FPV drones (3 explosions).

Esman Community: 9 mines were dropped by the Russians on the territory of the community.

Yunakivka Community: shelling from FPV drones (6 explosions), shelling from MLRS (4 explosions) were recorded.

Myropillia Community: 8 NAR rockets were fired from 1 enemy helicopter (8 explosions).

Hlukhiv Community: the enemy struck with Grad MLRS (12 explosions). As a result, 1 child (14 years old) died; 13 civilians were injured, including 7 children.

Shalyhyne community: 2 mines were dropped by the Russians on the territory of the community. There was also shelling with 1 FPV drone (1 explosion).

Velyka Pysarivka Community: mortar shelling (13 explosions), shelling with automatic grenade launchers (4 explosions) occurred from the territory of the Russian Federation.

Nova Sloboda Community: mortar shelling (13 explosions), 2 explosive devices (2 explosions) were dropped from an enemy UAV.

Seredyna-Buda Community: An explosive object was dropped by an enemy UAV (1 explosion).

According to Ukrinform, a 14-year-old boy who was wounded in the shelling of the center of Hlukhiv, Sumy region, has died in hospital.
