Director of 360 Capital REIT increases stake

360 Capital REIT (AU:TOT) has released an update.

360 Capital REIT has announced a change in the interest of Director Andrew Moffat pursuant to the acquisition of an additional 22,361 fully paid common shares. These shares were issued pursuant to the June 2024 Quarterly Distribution Reinvestment Plan, increasing Moffat’s total holdings to 1,097,751 units at $0.3607 per stapled security. The transaction did not occur during a closed period for which prior written consent is required.
