The Blawenburg Band performs Monday evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hopewell Borough’s “Gazebo” Park.

Founded in 1890, the Blawenburg Band is one of the oldest community bands in the state and is among the most active, performing approximately 20-25 concerts each year at holiday parades, community celebrations, church gatherings, and various nursing homes and retirement homes in the area. Some of the Band’s notable performances in recent years include opening concerts for the Summer Music Series at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, the summer outdoor music series at the historic Hopewell New Jersey train station, the Support the Troops Concert at the New Jersey National Guard Armory in Lawrenceville, and for over 20 years, the Fourth of July celebration in Yardley, Pennsylvania.
