Rubinyan and Kilic will meet on the territory of Armenia and then in Turkey

Turkish sources report that the special representatives appointed to regulate relations between Armenia and Turkey, Serdar Kilic and Ruben Rubinyan, will meet tomorrow.

They meet in the morning in Armenia and in the afternoon in Turkey.
