Sheila Hill, 49, was arrested for resisting arrest while intoxicated at Nashville International Airport on July 28. Officers were called to the scene of a woman who appeared to be in distress. Upon arrival, they found Hill intoxicated, with red, watery eyes, slurred speech, and an odor of alcohol on her breath. Although officers believed Hill was able to continue with her plans because she did not need their assistance, airport officials informed them that she had been denied boarding because she appeared to be heavily intoxicated. Hill, who now had no scheduled flight that day, was asked to leave the secured area of ​​the airport.
