Election Day is almost here again! This time for the Michigan Primary in August.

The Michigan August primary is on Tuesday, August 6. Polling stations are open from 7am to 8pm.

If you have yet to register to vote, you can register at your local clerk’s office up until the polls close on Election Day. To find your local clerk’s office, visit the online Michigan Voter Information Center at michigan.gov/vote . There you will also find information on how to register to vote, where to find your polling place, how to cast your vote by mail ballot, how to find an early voting location, and more.

Early voting and voting by mail are alternative voting options if you cannot get to the polls on Election Day.

Here you will find a guide for more information on how to apply for and submit a postal ballot.

And if you’re interested in voting early, here’s a guide on how to cast your ballot at an early voting location. Early voting in Michigan runs through Sunday, August 4.
