Here’s what you need to know about Bruce Peninsula National Park

With the long weekend just around the corner, visitors planning to spend the weekend in a national park, by the water, surrounded by nature need not be disappointed.

According to Parks Canada, 2,085 cars arrived without reservations during the long Canada Day weekend this year and were turned away.

Because parking lots are filling up, Parks Canada recommends that you confirm your parking and camping reservations as soon as possible.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all guests, we ask that you please consider the following when visiting Bruce Peninsula National Park:

Parks Canada has stated that all parking and camping reservations for the long weekend are full. Visitors will only be allowed access to the Grotto, Halfway Log Dump or Cyprus Lake Trails with a confirmed parking or camping reservation.

If you do not yet have a reservation, you can book your visit for another time through Parks Canada Reservations here.
