Which Texas counties have the most born and raised Texans?

Everything is bigger in Texas, including state pride.

Texans have a fascinating level of pride in the Lone Star State. From producing national treasures like Willie Nelson, Beyoncé, and Matthew McConaughey, to being the birthplace of frozen margaritas, Fritos, Dr Pepper, Dell computers, and more, you could say there’s plenty to be proud of.

While some residents of other states may not even know what their state flag looks like, the Texas flag can be found all over the state. In fact, the Lone Star State flag is the best-selling state flag and “is displayed in all its forms more than any other state flag,” according to Texas Standard.

In recent years, Texas has become one of the top destinations for transplants moving to another state. Although the out-of-state population in Texas is growing, there are still several areas of the state where the majority of residents are true Texans.
